Teaching Artist
Art is one of the best ways to learn. My educational and interactive workshops center identity, personal narrative, and creative writing as pathways to a deeper understanding of our connections to ourselves and the world around us. These sessions can also include performances and are customized for humans of all ages.
Group Facilitator & Trainer of Trainers
Got a group that needs an experienced facilitator? Not only do I lead groups of all types with a range of different goals, but I also develop curriculum and conduct trainings for facilitators in many spaces, including outdoors schools, small businesses, and organizations of all sizes. Through interactive participatory facilitation, groups will be able to engage with the topic in more integrated, embodied ways.
Event Host & Public Speaking Coach
Have an event that needs an improvisational and energizing host? Want to improve your public speaking skills? My background as a spoken word poet, performance artist, and event organizer has prepared me to serve as an engaging host for conferences, open mics, holiday gatherings, special ceremonies, and other functions of all sizes and types. With these experiences, I can also help you feel comfortable and confident in front of any crowd.
